For the Cortina Sliding Centre project in Cortina d’Ampezzo, Italy, Coebuild managed the design, supply, and installation of prefabricated modular buildings intended for various operational functions in support of the construction site.

Completed in 2024 for Impresa Pizzarotti & C. SpA, the project involved the construction of modular structures for offices, storage, a canteen, and laundry facilities, configured to meet the site’s organizational, logistical, and functional requirements.

The modular solution made it possible to create ready-to-use, efficient spaces that could be easily integrated into the worksite, ensuring rapid installation, optimized use of space, and operational continuity for construction activities.

Each prefabricated building was designed to provide comfort, safety, and ease of use, with spaces created to support personnel in their daily activities: from administrative and technical areas to service facilities, as well as spaces dedicated to logistics management and worker well-being.

Thanks to its experience in modular construction, Coebuild provided a flexible, tailor-made solution designed to adapt to the project’s specific requirements and the Alpine environment of Cortina d’Ampezzo.
